Scope of the License
The license grants access to a fixed set of documents forming a contractual framework.
No services, updates, customizations, adaptations, explanations, or ongoing obligations are provided or implied.
The Framework is provided exclusively in the English language.
Delivery and Legal Effect
Delivery occurs exclusively through the grant of access to the Framework.
Upon access, the Framework is deemed delivered and all obligations of the Licensor are exhausted, as defined in the applicable license agreement.
Use and Allocation of Responsibility
Any interpretation, implementation, modification, or use of the Framework is performed solely at the Licensee’s discretion and responsibility.
No reliance, outcome, or suitability is represented or assumed.
Licensing Conditions
Any access to or use of the Framework is subject exclusively to a separate written licensing agreement, and shall not occur unless and until such agreement has been reviewed and accepted.
Availability
Licenses are granted on a limited, non-negotiable basis at a price point well above low- or mid-five-figure amounts.
